The new attraction of the Nyíregyháza Zoo opens on May 17th with many interactive elements and amazing visuals. The Ice World presents the animal world of the Arctic Circle, and you will also be able to taste the atmosphere of the Arctic Circle.
In response to the question, the zoo wrote in its Facebook post that there will be a few optional programs, but you don’t need to buy a separate entrance ticket to the interactive zoo.
The development of the Ice Age Interactive Animal Show in the Nyíregyházi Zoo began in the spring of 2021, which, according to the plans, presents the animal world of the Arctic Circle in an attractive way using modern technology.
The interactive space includes both an external and an internal animal presentation area, where animals from the ice age, the formation of the Ice Age and the evolution of nature during the Ice Age are presented. As general contractor, Ke-Víz 21 Zrt. will implement the first part i.e. project sections I–III., which are expected to be handed over in the spring of 2023. However, the entire attraction will only be completed in the second half of 2024, Magyar Építók wrote.
