In the county seat of Bihor, Oradea (Romania) a new and already very popular club/bistro has opened recently. The decoration and the style of Lactobar recall the atmosphere of the 1970’s and 1980’s.
In the club not only drinks, but various meals and delicious desserts are available. At the weekends the bistro turns into a real party bar; there are retro-discos and concerts on Fridays and Saturdays.
