The police caught five people and took another twenty to various police stations in Hajdú-Bihar County yesterday.
There were two traffic accidents, both resulted in minor injuries.
A 37 year old local resident was caught stealing from a supermarket. The security guard noticed that various items were hidden in the bag of the thief. After the police was notified about the situation, the perpetrator was taken to the police station of Debrecen where a procedure was initiated against him on reasonable suspicion of theft.
A 48 year old man was caught stealing liqueur from a store yesterday afternoon. The security guards called the police; the man was taken to the police station and a procedure was initiated against him on reasonable suspicion of theft.
