The police caught three people and took another thirty-one to various police stations in Hajdú-Bihar County yesterday.
Two perpetrators were caught in the act of committing crimes and one was taken into custody on the basis of a warrant for arrest issued by the court of Debrecen. Five people were taken to police stations as suspects.
There were two traffic accidents from which one was fatal and one resulted in minor injuries.
A 47 year old woman was caught committing prostitution at the Nagyerdő, Debrecen yesterday afternoon. The woman was taken to the police station and a procedure was initiated against her on reasonable suspicion of prostitution.
A 19 year old man was caught stealing electronic devices in a store in Debrecen. After the security guard called the police, the perpetrator was taken to the police station and a procedure was initiated against him on reasonable suspicion of theft.
A 23 year old man was caught stealing a bottle of liqueur in a supermarket in Debrecen. The police, who was notified by the security guard, took the perpetrator to the police station where a procedure was initiated against him on reasonable suspicion of theft.
