The police caught five people and took another twenty-eight to various police stations in Hajdú-Bihar County yesterday.
Five perpetrators were caught in the act of committing crimes and four were taken into custody on the basis of warrants for arrest issued by the court of Debrecen. Three people were taken to police stations as suspects.
There were two traffic accidents from which both of them resulted in minor injuries.
A 21 year old man was caught stealing a pair of shoes in a supermarket in Debrecen. After the security guard notified the police, the perpetrator was taken to police station and a procedure was initiated against him on reasonable suspicion of theft.
