The police caught eleven people and took another twenty to various police stations in Hajdú-Bihar County yesterday.
Seven perpetrators were caught in the act of committing crimes and another four were taken into custody on the basis of warrants for arrest issued by the court of Debrecen. Four people were taken to police stations as suspects.
There was one traffic accident that resulted in minor injuries.
A 21 year old man was caught stealing a pair of slippers in a supermarket on Kishegyesi Út Debrecen. After the security guards called the police, the perpetrator was taken to the Debrecen police station where a procedure was initiated against him on reasonable suspicion of theft.
