Summary for 17 September
The police caught seven people and took another twenty-three to various police stations in Hajdú-Bihar County yesterday.
Four perpetrators were caught in the act of committing crimes and another three were taken into custody on the basis of warrants for arrest issued by the court of Debrecen. Seven people were taken to police stations as suspects.
There were three traffic accidents from which two resulted in serious injuries and one in minor ones.
Two men were taken to the Debrecen police station yesterday night. The 20 year old Krisztián T. and the 19 year old Balázs D. were involved in a bar fight. The two perpetrators had a verbal argument until one of them poured a glass of liquor into the other’s face. After the incident a fight broke out between them. One of the citizens notified the police and the two men were taken to the police station where procedures were initiated against them on reasonable suspicion of truculence.
