The police caught eight people and took another twenty-three to various police stations in Hajdú-Bihar County yesterday.
Three perpetrators were caught in the act of committing crimes and another five were taken into custody on the basis of warrants for arrest issued by the court of Debrecen. Three people were taken to police stations as suspects.
There were no traffic accidents in Hajdú-Bihar County during the last 24 hours.
A 34 year old man was taken to the Berettyóújfalu police station yesterday afternoon. During an identity check it turned out that the court of Pest had issued a warrant for arrest against him on reasonable suspicion of theft.
A 57 year old man was caught stealing corn from a farm in Hajdúnánás yesterday afternoon. The perpetrator was taken to the police station where a procedure was initiated against him on reasonable suspicion of theft.
