The police caught five people and took another thirteen to various police stations in Hajdú-Bihar County on 29 September 2015.
Five perpetrators were caught in the act of committing crimes and four people were taken to police stations as suspects.
Security arrangements were made in eight cases.
There were two traffic accidents from which both resulted in minor injuries.
