The police caught one person and took another twenty-eight to various police stations in Hajdú-Bihar County on 14 March 2016.
One perpetrator was caught in the act of committing a crime and four people were taken to police stations as suspects.
Security arrangements were made in eleven cases.
There was one traffic accident that resulted in minor injuries.
