Three people were taken to the Polgár police station for stealing two bicycles.
A woman called the police on 5 October 2016 that her bicycle that was parked in front of her house was stolen. The woman saw a man riding a bike that looked like hers. She asked the man about the bicycle and the man told her that he bought it from an unknown man and that he did not know that is was a stolen bicycle. After gathering all the necessary information, the police took an 18-year-old woman, Gyöngyi L. to the police station. It turned out that the 18-year-old woman stole the bicycle and gave it to her boyfriend, who sold it. A procedure was initiated against her on reasonable suspicion of theft.
A man called the police on the same day that his bicycle was stolen from the bus station. The security cameras managed to record the perpetrators; the 20-year-old Tamás R. and the 18-year-old Dávid R. were taken to the Polgár police station where procedures were initiated against them on reasonable suspicion of theft.
