Police initiated a procedure against the two juveniles.A security guard reported to the police on the 4th of December around 5:00 pm that two young people in Debrecen, Kossuth square sat on the giant wheel set up in the Christmas fair and were shockingly behaving, shouting obscene words to other people.
Local police went to the scene and took the two young boys – 16 and 18 years old teenagers – to the police station.
The police initiated a procedure against the two young people from Konyár and Derecske.
