The three defendants, who sold dugs to university students in the Kassai Campus of the University of Debrecen between 2014 and 2015, have been sentenced to all together 19 years of imprisonment.Chief accused Gy. P. has been sentenced to seven years in prison, while his partners G.O. and J. T. have been given six-six years in prison. They are also banned from exercising their rights regarding public affairs.
The court ordered the defendants to pay a fine of nearly five and a half million HuF and ordered them to pay about 1.7 million HuF for the costs of their trials.
