Hajdú-Bihar county police officers took action at the scene of a road traffic accident involving personal injury in the last 24 hours, which ended in serious injury.
Uniformers arrested five people, one of whom was found guilty of a crime and four of whom were found on a circling basis.
Police produced 14 people, four of them on suspicion of committing a crime. A security measure was taken in one case.
