Officers of the Criminal Department of the Debrecen Police Headquarters detained a man from Debrecen who, according to their suspicion, went into a house in Debrecen at dawn on January 30, 2021, from where he tried to take technical articles. However, those in the house noticed the uninvited visitor who ran away and thus managed to obtain only some of the valuables. Despite his failure to continue stealing, the next night he returned to that street again and broke into another property, stealing a television, jewelry and other technical items from there. After that, he went back to the house where he had been disturbed the night before, but the residents noticed his presence, so he had to flee empty-handed again.
Investigators in Debrecen identified the alleged perpetrator who was arrested at his home the same day. The 20-year-old man suspected of the crime of theft and attempted theft was interrogated, detained, and police made a motion to arrest him. A violation report was filed against him for violating the rules of the curfew.
