Debrecen police arrested the 33-year-old man within minutes.
On February 8, 2021, around 9 pm, the police received a report that a car had fallen into a ditch on Diószegi út in Debrecen. The patrols immediately went to the scene but found the vehicle empty. They began data collection, witness research, and a few minutes later, the driver of the vehicle was questioned at his home. The 33-year-old man admitted that he was driving the car, so an alcohol probe was used against him, which showed a positive value. The officers arrested the local resident for further sampling.
The further circumstances of the case are being investigated by the Debrecen Police Headquarters.
