The Debrecen Police Headquarters prosecuted a local resident for a well-founded suspicion of a misdemeanor. According to the data of the investigation, the suspect was driving his car in Gebresi Street in Debrecen on September 25, 2020 at around 8 am.
When the driver reached the intersection of Simonyi Street, he drove his car to the “Stop! Priority “mandatory” signboard and did not give priority to another car, so they collided. In the accident, one person suffered serious injuries while one person suffered minor injuries. Police interrogated the 56-year-old man and he testified.
The Traffic Police Department of the Debrecen Police Headquarters performed the necessary procedural actions and sent the resulting documents to the competent prosecutor’s office.
