After his 54-year-old companion handed over the steering wheel, the boy drove into a block of arms shortly afterwards.
The patrols who arrived at the scene used an alcohol probe against the drivers, which indicated a positive value for the younger man, and it also turned out that none of them had a license. Investigators questioned the two Pocsa residents as suspects, during which they both testified. Police prosecuted the 25-year-old man for a well-founded suspicion of driving under the influence of drunkenness, while his partner was prosecuted for a well-founded suspicion of committing a driving offense.
