According to the investigation, the suspect drank at his home and then passed on to one of his relatives on March 6, 2021, around 8:30 p.m. The 25-year-old man got in the car with his acquaintance and set off to ride in a carriage, but their journey did not last long. After his 54-year-old companion handed over the steering wheel, the boy drove into a block of arms shortly afterwards.
The patrols who arrived at the scene used an alcohol probe against the drivers, which indicated a positive value for the younger man, and it also turned out that none of them had a license. Investigators questioned the two Pocsa residents as suspects, during which they both testified. Police prosecuted the 25-year-old man for a well-founded suspicion of driving under the influence of drunkenness, while his partner was prosecuted for a well-founded suspicion of committing a driving offense.
The Traffic Police Department of the Berettyóújfalu Police Headquarters carried out the necessary procedural steps and sent the resulting documents to the competent prosecutor’s office.
