The Family-Friendly Hungary Center supports the fulfillment of roles within the family by taking into account the perspectives of the employer and the employee. It takes into account the changes in the families’ living situation, thereby reducing conflicts arising from clashes between the organization’s expectations and the needs of the family environment. In addition, it also provides services that contribute to improving the comfort of subordinates.
The Hajdú-Bihar Castle County Police Headquarters met all the conditions and this year won the commemorative plaque and certificate with the recognition of Family Friendly Workplace, which was handed over by State Secretary for Families Ágnes Hornung at a ceremony held in Budapest on October 27, 2023 in the Castle Garden Bazaar.
