Hungary and Montenegro reached the men’s water polo final at the 15th FINA World Aquatics Championships on Thursday.
After beating Olympic gold medalists Croatia (11-10), Hungary goes to the final. It was in 2007 when the Hungarian water polo team got into the final of a world championship. At that time, the Croatians beat the Hungarians in Melbourne.
The other finalist is Montenegro, who beat the titleholder Italy yesterday. Tibor Benedek, leader of the team is optimistic about tomorrow’s final.
