The local government of Debrecen will create a network of foster parents. The municipality won a 1,5 million forints support from the Ministry.
Vicemayor János Halász D. announced on Wednesday that the mayor's office will donate 167 thousand forints to this amount. This will be enough to train 10 families till the end of April.
If the parents are not capable to raise up their kids /lifestyle or other problems/ they can agree to put the children into foster care.
Linking the two forms will raise the productivity and the supply of the resources. 36 children can raise up in this system – said Julianna Rácz, head of department.
The 60 hour training includes educational, psychological, and legal classes. The foster parents can participate in these courses and have the teaching materials free of charge.
The foster work will be paid by the government.

Must be mentally and physically fit without criminal report, and own a house or flat which meet the high requirements.
