Tuesday evening saw the Christmas Concert of Kodaly Philharmonics. The concert was held in Bartok Hall of Hotel Aranybika.
Besides the member of the philharmoic orchestra, the Kodaly Choire and two children’s choires (Voces Iuvenumot and Lautitia) also performed.
The programme covered Christmas songs, Telemann’s Trumpet concerto, an adaptation of Psalm No. 150 and Magnificat by Janos Vajda.
The children’s choires were conducted by Daniel Somogyi-Tóth Dániel. The solo singer was Krisztina Jonas; Janos Csosz, Zsolt Györgyfi and Balazs Madarassy contributed on trumpet.
