High Court of Justice of Debrecen sentenced a man to 20 years of imprisonment.
The 55 years old man had been in court for 30 times before as a defendant. This time the charge was murder.
In 2011 the man assaulted his partner and beat her to death with a wooden stick. The antecedent of the murder was that the two of them were drinking and started to fight because the man was jealous.
The defendant confessed the murder, however he said that he did not want to kill the woman.
The sentence is 20 years of imprisonment in a penitentiary.
