The Paks II Academy and the University of Debrecen launches a nuclear power plant engineering specialization from this September.
István Lenkei, C.E.O. of Paks II Zrt. says that it is unique that they are cooperating with six Hungarian universities, including the University of Debrecen. The two-semester course is open for Bsc and MSc students of the Faculty of Engineering.
He also mentioned that from September, hundreds of engineers would start their studies, financed by Paks II Zrt, and that it was also possible to enhance the number of the students.
During the two semesters of the nuclear power plant specialization, students will gain practical knowledge – says Tamás Mankovits, associate professor, Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Debrecen.
