The Department of Internal Medicine Rheumatology of the University of Debrecen was established in 2001. It has also been a regional center for patient care, education, and research since its inception. The past 20 years were recalled by experts at an online scientific meeting on Friday, who also presented the results of current research.
At the festive scientific meeting organized for the 20th anniversary of the founding of the Department of Internal Medicine Rheumatology, the former and current staff brought to life the memories and experiences of the last two decades and reported on the current activities and research results of the department. On the occasion of the jubilee, a summary volume entitled Chronicle of 20 Years 2001-2021 will soon be published.
