According to the press, Central Europe’s first luxury village will be built in Hungary, in the Balaton region.The new project of Zala Spring Golf Resort costs 250,000,000 million euros.
The village will be built in Zalacsány, on the 160-hectare-property of Zala Spring Golf Resort. In the new luxury village there will be shops, restaurants, cafes, a five-stars hotel, sport fields, a lake, a pharmacy, a playground, a gym, many villas, a wellness centre, a cultural and conference centre and many other services. The village will be open to visitors all year round, and according to the plans, it will be able to serve about a thousand people.
