The Hungarian Meteorology Service has issued first and second-degree weather warnings because of rainstorms in 17 Hungarian counties.
Heavy rainstorms will be accompanied by stormy wind and hail. Second-degree weather warnings were issued in Pest, Baranya, Bács-Kiskun, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén, Fejér, Győr-Moson-Sopron, Komárom-Esztergom, Somogy, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Tolna, Vas, Veszprém and Zala. First-degree warnings were issued in Csongrád, Hajdú-Bihar, Heves, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok and Nógrád counties.
