Traffic of Debrecen Airport has increased by 12% in April, 2017.24,910 passengers travelled from and to Debrecen Airport in April, 2017. It means that traffic at the airport has grown by 12% only in one month time.
“81,730 passengers booked tickets from and to Debrecen Airport during the first four months of 2017” – said László Tamás, Director of Flight Development.
Wizz Air launched flights between Tel-Aviv and Debrecen from the 26th of March, and there are flights between Sweden and Debrecen again too. Due to the new routes, the good weather and thriving tourism, the number of passengers at the airport is constantly increasing.
During the summer months there will be flights from Debrecen to the Turkish Riviera, Corfu, Zakynthos and Bulgaria too.
