He offered jobs, took money from the candidates but didn’t give them anything in return.
“The man, who in the past few years offered home jobs for more than 1000 people but did not give them anything in return for the money he took, has been placed under pre-trial detention.”- announced the spokesman of the Hajdú-Bihar County Prefecture of Police.
The police started legal proceedings against the 36-year old man for fraud. The suspect advertised possibilities for home job seekers. After paying a few thousand HUF the candidates received a package which, however, contained no real job possibilities. Together with his companion, the suspect has committed similar crimes for which legal action is being carried out against them. The suspects are accused of more than 23 thousand counts of fraud.
