The organization of Jobbik in Debrecen is going to law because of the presumed defects in the operation of the planning council.
According to Sándor Varanyi (member of the local government), the council has not made records of building operations and the related decisions. In addition to this, the council has operated as a decision-making authority, although it would have only to offer opinions.
Csanád Ábel Kőszeghy, assistant floor leader finds it damnifying that the decisions related to building constructions in Debrecen are not public, as it disagrees with the law. Therefore thir fraction would turn to the court.
