“I am a mother of three sons and family gives harmony and a strong basis for my life. Graduated from University in 1992, studied agricultural sciences. Got my Ph.D.in 2006 in Management and Business Administration. I am an assistant professor at University of Debrecen, since 2011 also involved in Team Academy Debrecen, a Finnish model for learning team entrepreneurship, where I work as a team coach. My main interest is self and community development for the wholeness of regions. Above making steps at the University in this field, as a social entrepreneur I am looking for ways to act in my region as well. I found the following possibilities for change making: created the Local Entrepreneurs Supporting Community Association, became curator of TEDxNagyerdő, co-founder of Innovative Generation program in Debrecen, we opened the Debrecen HUB (a co-working office) and created the Debrecen Coach Club.
My motto is: With responsibility, give space for yourself!”
