The network “Friends of the Book” invites lovers of reading to a community picnic on Saturday afternoon in the park of Nagyerdei, which is also the inauguration of the Magda Szabó promenade, which was missed last year.
The team of Pagony from Debrecen will conjure up a real fairytale island for the little ones with open reading, music, and surprises. Reading tales and craft adventures await the children on the childcare blanket. The Piknik varázs is responsible for the real picnic atmosphere, who adds quality to their time together, thus contributing to complete relaxation and recharging.
After the picnic, courtesy of the Nature Museum, led by ecologist Dr. Lajos Kozák, the participants of the event will have the opportunity to take a walk in Parker, where they will talk about the history of the Big Forest, nature in literature, and the relationship between trees and paper.
The “Friends of the Book” network was launched in May 2022, and all those who live and support the culture of the book and literature in any way in addition to their everyday activities are welcome to join the network, and it is important for them to enjoy reading.
