The Debrecen Police Headquarters has completed its investigation into the case.
The Debrecen Police Headquarters prosecuted a resident of Újfehértó for a well-founded suspicion of committing a drink-driving offense. According to the data of the investigation, the suspect was driving an auxiliary motorcycle in Debrecen, on Kishegyesi út, on August 17, 2020, around 6:30 p.m. The man did not choose the speed of his vehicle according to the road and vision conditions, drifted out in a corner and then fell with it. The patrols arriving at the scene used an alcohol probe against the biker, which showed a positive value, so he was arrested.
The Traffic Police Department of the Debrecen Police Headquarters carried out the necessary procedural steps during the investigation phase of the case and handed over the documents to the prosecutor’s office.
