Department of Constitutional Law announced that they dissociate themselves from the decision of the University of Debrecen about giving the title of honorary citizen to Vladimir Putin.Department of Constitutional Law of the University of Debrecen announced on their Facebook page that they did not participate when the decision of the senate was made about giving the title of honorary citizen to Russian president Vladimir Putin.
The decision of the University of Debrecen created a huge indignation last week.
